This cabin sits on 1/3 acre with a fenced backyard perfect for your family and pets to enjoy. A front deck offers relaxation and tranquil peek-a-views of the lake.

Cute Maltby home built in 1949. If you want a cabin with character this is it!Great backyard, fully fenced with a swingset and slide. Two bedrooms upstairs and two queen futons downstairs. Living room has a stone fireplace with an efficient, glass door wood stove, TV and stereo. We have a wet bar with a coffee pot and a Keurig. Kitchen is fully equipped with a propane range, fridge and a dining table inside. Because it is a Maltby there is a built in ironing board!
Beautifully decorated completely remodeled included in the remodel heated floors. Very close to everything in Big Bear. Walk to snow summit on a snowy day your could ski back to this beautiful cabin. Books, games, WiFi and cable all included. BBQ on back porch. National forest walking distance. If you mountain bike the world class biking at snow summit is just up the street.
