Our home away from home is very clean, cute and cozy. This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom mountain escape is close to the slopes but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Enjoy relaxing in our jacuzzi on the back deck with wooded lot and starry skies. We have a warm, wood burning fireplace for chilly nights, and ceiling fans for warm summer days. Newly remodeled: new flooring, paint, fixtures and new appliances. Our kitchen is fully equipped if you want to stay in and cook for yourselves. Enjoy the mountain vibes, breathe fresh air and disconnect... you deserve it!

Cancellation Policy: 

  • One hundred percent (100%) refund will be given if reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
  • Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Community Impact Program: At Awesome Vacation Homes, Inc. rental properties, every stay gives back. In partnership with Kind Traveler, your stay results in a donation of $1 per night from you to the Friends of Big Bear Alpine Zoo, a licensed wildlife rehabilitation hospital and conservation education center that treats sick, injured and orphaned wildlife in the Big Bear Valley. Your folio will include a line item for “Community Impact Program.”  100% of donations goes to charity. Please contact Awesome Vacation Homes, Inc. directly if you have any questions or concerns.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.

Hi, I'm Nancy! I am a Big Bear local real estate agent and owner of Awesome Vacation Homes, Inc. who manages numerous vacation rentals in the Big Bear Valley. What I love most about real estate and vacation rentals is getting to meet so many cool people!
