Cancellation Policy: 

• One hundred percent (100%) refund will be given if reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
• Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
• For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

In partnership with Kind Traveler, your stay results in a donation of $1 per night from you to the Friends of Big Bear Alpine Zoo, a licensed wildlife rehabilitation hospital and conservation education center that treats sick, injured and orphaned wildlife in the Big Bear Valley.
